India has witnessed a significant increase in tyre production and consumption. To address the
environmental concerns associated with end-of-life tyres, the government introduced EPR
regulations under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement)
Rules, 2016. Producers are now mandated to manage the environmentally sound disposal of tyres they introduce into the market.
Step 1
Registered Producers, Importers, and Brand Owners (PIBOs) can post their EPR liability
requirements, specifying state and grade-wise details, to invite bids.
Step 2
Registered recyclers and retreaders receive inquiries and can submit competitive bids within the stipulated timeframe.
Step 3
PIBOs can download comparative statements of quotations and issue purchase orders to successful bidders.
As an EPR company, we are dedicated to recycling tyres, preventing them from ending up in landfills. We collaborate with local authorities and businesses to collect used tyres, which are then recycled into new products. This process reduces greenhouse gas emissions, conserves energy, and preserves resources.
Tyre EPR is a key step toward sustainable waste management and long-term environmental protection.
