Waste Management / Trading.
Assistant Manager / Executive
You will be responsible for:
- Regular coordination with Site Manager / Plant Manager for periodic assessment of waste generated in the plan.
- Arranging logistics for lifting the plant waste for delivery to “Scrap Collection Partners” as and when available (based on feasibility as agreed per contract).
- Verifying and validating all documentary requirements from Client for the purpose of waste management logistics / billing by client to Karma Ecotech Ltd.
- Any other interactions with the Client nominees as plant / site as may be necessary from time to time for regular operations.
Developing & Managing "Scrap Collection Partner’s & Trading the scrap/waste
- Identifying/ Evaluating & On-Boarding “Scrap Collection Partners” at all geographical locations as may be necessary for Client servicing / contract executions.
- Validating competency of “Scrap Collection Partners” for all documentary requirements as may be necessary for CPCB / SPCB statutory etc. compliances.
- Agreeing / Deciding commercial terms / rates with “Scrap Collection Partners” for all items of scrap being traded.
- Verifying / validating all documents required for billing from Karma Ecotech Ltd. to the “Scrap Collection Partners” and follow up for the disposal certificates etc. from the “Scrap Collection Partners”
- Agreeing with “Scrap Collection Partners” for the rates of sale of the scrap to “Scrap Collection Partners” from Karma Ecotech Ltd.
- Ensuring prompt payment collection from “Scrap Collection Partners” for the scrap sold to them by Karma Ecotech Ltd in coordination with accounts department.
Note: Role requires reasonable proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of email communication etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years' prior industry related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
Experience in purchase roles in any firm / organization in plastic processing is preferred.
