Human Resource Manager
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the hiring process including drafting job posting, posting on platforms, screening resumes to conducting interviews
- Managing the onboarding on new-joining and their induction
- Maintaining the employees’ files and up-to-date records in the system
- Ensure effective employee engagement and their retention in the system
- Assisting team for the attendance and payroll activities
- Creation & maintenance of policies & procedure within the organization
- Addressing employees queries and one to one interaction with the employees
- Drafting offer letter and appointment related formalities in the system
Qualifications:
- Graduate/MBA in Human Resource from recognized university,
- 3-4 years' prior experience in Recruitment & HR process
- Experience in non-Tech recruitment / Sales Recruitment is additional
