Calendar Management Optimize the founder’s schedule to maximize productivity. Meeting Follow-Up Facilitate effective follow up post-meeting to ensure action items are addressed in a timely manner. Report Management Ensure timely and accurate compilation and distribution of reports from various teams. Investor and Stakeholders Relations Serve as a primary point of contact for investors and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication. Communication Having excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confidentiality Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information. Microsoft Office Expert in preparing excel reports & Presentations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Google Suite. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
