Equity / Capital Raising Specialist
Manager / Assistant Manager
You will be responsible for:
- In depth experience of private equity/ Capital Raise/ funding from external source.
- Forecasting Budget, assessing risk in investments and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations.
- Responsible to work with stakeholder for Capital Raise/ Fund Raising/ with a focus on private equity funds.
- Assessing possible fund investment options, including assessing the investment team, value-add, investment strategy, and track record of the fund management
- Leading financial planning, budgeting and reporting and creating and maintaining budgeting tools
- Providing insights and directions to clients, attending investor meetings, and serving on advisory boards of portfolio entities
- Providing strategic guidance around capital financing options to support the startup’s growth
- Plan, implement and manage investment strategies, Draft proposals, negotiate fund documentation, and support fundraising activities
Ideally you’ll also have:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-6 years' prior industry related to Equity and Capital Raising.
