Business Development
Manager/ Assistant Manager
You will be responsible for:
- Identify, Develop and Expansion of new business opportunities in EPR domain
- Inform, Educate and Communication activities for EPR to targeted customers
- Building business relationships with new and potential clients across India,
- Responsible for setting up, managing and delivering agreed qualitative and quantitative results.
- Cold calling and Referrals of Plastic producer, importer and Brand Owner`s
- Lead Generation for new business prospecting
- Meeting with the customers (Physical visit and virtually too), attending business events outstations for the networking
- Negotiation of the deal and closure of business
- Drafting the proposal
- Responding to RFQ`s
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Convey information effectively and understand what other people are saying
- Persuasion, Negotiation, and Service orientation
- Industry background of Plastic waste management
Ideally you’ll also have:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
